Even After completing the survey i cannot download the ogwhatapp apk
than i tried to download another ogwhatapp and than followed ur procedure
but still getiing same error ( OBSELETE DATE )

Well brother OGwhatsapp is almost dead now, you can better proceed as per the latest tutorial on Informationlord site
